Multivariate regression analysis revealed an unexpected trend toward an inverse correlation between PB basophil counts and NK cell yield from LRSCs ( p = 0.0583; Figure S2 , Table S2 ), suggesting that lower circulating basophil levels may be associated with improved NK cell recovery after plateletpheresis.
