In contrast, immature TLSs showed a trend toward favorable outcomes compared to TLS-negative cases, but the associations did not reach statistical significance (OS: HR = 0.78, 95% CI: 0.59–1.04, p = 0.092; PFS: HR = 0.84, 95% CI: 0.64–1.10, p = 0.207), suggesting that only fully matured TLSs convey significant survival benefit.
