When aggregating DNAm sites into an MPS-BW, a one SD higher PGS child was associated with 0.08SD (95% CI[0.04, 0.11], p < .001) higher MPS-BW ( Figure 3 ). Maternal PGS showed nominally significant associations with 80 probes, which did not pass correction for multiple testing (Table S3, S3a, S3b).
