Specifically, the distribution across HER2/HR subgroups showed that HER2–HR + and HER2–HR– patterns were unevenly represented between BBM and non-BBM groups, with chi-square tests indicating significant or near-significant differences ( P = 0.043 and P = 0.085, respectively) (Table 1 ).
HER2 status alone did not reach statistical significance ( P = 0.105), but combined HER2 and HR categories revealed important differences.
