In the GCB subgroup, patients with high CD47 expression tended to have shorter overall survival compared with those with low CD47 expression, with a mean OS of 19.8 months (95% CI 9.9–29.8) versus 83.7 months (95% CI 68.5–99.0), although the difference did not reach statistical significance (log-rank p = 0.061) ( Figure 3 ).
