A Cox proportional hazards model revealed that after adjusting for age, sex, and disease status before transplantation, above-median rLTL in patients without CH was associated with a 26% improvement in PFS (HR, 0.74; 95% CI, 0.56-0.98; P = .035), whereas the corresponding effect on OS did not reach statistical significance (HR, 0.71; 95% CI, 0.49-1.02; P = .064; Figure 1 F-G).
