A post hoc comparison of baseline characteristics between dupilumab-treated patients with or without optimal response in pooled PRIME/PRIME2 showed a trend for more severe disease at baseline in dupilumab-treated patients without optimal response versus optimal responders, including higher proportions of patients with an IGA PN-S score of 4 (35.4% of patients without optimal response vs 27.8% of optimal responders) and a PGIS “severe” score (75.8% vs 68.5%), as well as fewer healed lesions from PAS (≥ 50% healed lesions from PAS in 7.1% vs 13.0% of patients) and higher use of antidepressants (11.1% vs 9.3%) (Supplementary Table 1 of the ESM).
