The NAA levels in the parietal lobe and cerebellum showed a trend for decreased measures in adults with ASD compared with those with TD ( P =0.01 in the parietal lobe and P =0.004 in the cerebellum), although these differences did not reach statistical significance after the Bonferroni correction was applied ( Table 2 ).
