The microarray analysis revealed that Hdac3 was downregulated in both F1 generation males and females as a result of parental adolescent binge EtOH exposure, and our follow-up qRT-PCR analysis showed the same direction of change, in Hdac3 mRNA expression, although it did not reach statistical significance ( Fig. 6A ).
