When we scrutinized the list of genes of the Rapa + DR group and compared the list to either the DR or Rapa gene list, we observed that the majority of the genes that appear as new genes in the combined treatment were also altered in the same direction by DR or Rapa but did not reach statistical significance; only a handful of genes appears as a new genes [e.g., transcobalamine (Tcn2), sulfiredoxin1 (Srxn1), CD81 antigen (CD81)].
