Notably, among cognitive subgroups, the majority of MCI subjects either regressed (31.7 %) or remained unchanged (41.5 %) in frailty status, whereas mild and moderate AD tended to progress (47.8 and 50.0 % respectively) although these observed differences did not reach statistical significance on chi-squared test ( p = 0.20) (Fig. 2 ).
