Among 319 dual-positive specimens, the most common bacterial component was Staphylococcus epidermidis (n=137, 42.95%), and the most frequent fungus detected was Fusarium species (n=118, 36.99%) ( Table 3 ). As shown in Figure 1 , there was a significant trend of decline in the number of isolates of Gram-positive cocci (r =−0.711, P =0.032) recovered during the study period.
