We saw increased colony formation with overexpression of miR-20a ( p = 0.03, paired Student’s t test) and miR-20b ( p = 0.01, paired Student’s t test), and a trend towards increased colony formation with miR-106a overexpression, although this did not reach statistical significance ( p = 0.11, paired Student’s t test, Fig. 5 b).
