Zfhx3 Sci/+ mice weighed significantly less overall between weeks 9–13 ( p < .05; week 13: F (1, 42) = 4.782 p = .0344), and this difference approached significance for weeks 14–18, however, pairwise comparisons within female groups demonstrated a significantly lower body weight in Zfhx-3 Sci/+ mice from 10 weeks old onward ( p < .05), with interaction between sex and genotype reaching significance at weeks 15 and 18.
