Directly after sorting, Th17/Th22 cells showed a trend towards being the strongest producers of IL-17A, IL-22, and GM-CSF, whereas Th17.1 and DP cells produced the highest levels of IFNγ (Fig. 1 B, upper panel).
IL-8, MMP1, and MMP3 also showed a decreasing trend upon IL-17A neutralization.
