MNf analysis for the whole mCRC group revealed that a borderline significance is extracted when the middle of the treatment (middle) is compared to the beginning of the treatment (ZFORE) (p = 0.05), while MNf did not exhibit a further significant decrease at the end point (after) ( Table 3 ).
On the other hand, TA presented a significant trend of increase (p = 0.07) in patients with progressive disease at the middle measurement.
Despite the fact that statistical analysis between each response group did not reach statistical significance, our data indicate that TA is relatively higher in patients with progressive disease than those with partial or complete response at all sampling points.
