In the current study, the assumption that patients with PD-L1 expression could receive more benefits from ICI and anti-VEGF combination therapy was born out by the analysis of PFS and OS in the PD-L1-positive subgroup, while the HR of PFS in PD-L1-negative subgroup failed to reach statistical significance.
