When we focused on hotspot mutations, we found that patients with the hotspot mutation TP53 R141C (7/201) appeared to have unfavorable DFS (HR: 2.58 (0.97–5.77), p = 0.06), but this observation failed to reach statistical significance probably because of the limited sample size ( Figure 1 F).
