In our analysis, there was a clear trend toward higher all-cause mortality and cardiovascular mortality in patients with lower ADAMTS13 activity in remission, though this did not reach statistical significance, likely because of the relatively small sample size (98 patients with remission ADAMTS13 activity measures) and small number of events.
