The relative beam walk performance determined by average time to cross a beam during the test period compared to the initial pretreatment average time to cross the beam (seconds) showed a trend of improvement after 3 months of treatment and at increased dosage, although no significant differences were witnessed between FA (vehicle)- and DMF–Resv-treated mice ( Figure 5B ).
