Lastly, in the smaller subset of patients with GS 3 + 4 = 7 carcinoma [Subset: GS = 3 + 4 = 7 (i.e., Grade Group 2), N = 341 patients], patients with cribriform glands >0.25 mm showed a trend toward lower RFS that was not seen in patients with cribriform glands of any size; however, this finding did not reach statistical significance (univariable p = 0.1).
