Autoantibodies against four-and-a-half-LIM domain 1 (FHL1) in inflammatory myopathies: results from an Australian single-centre cohort.

The anti-FHL1 + IBM patients (compared with anti-FHL1 – IBM patients) also had a trend towards lower MMT8 scores ( P = 0.10), higher median CK levels at baseline [1734U/l (225–904) vs 401U/l (147–805)], and higher peak CK levels [1090 (187–4597) vs 525 (225–904)], though these findings did not reach statistical significance.
