The sentences
The Fe, Cr, V, Pb, and Se concentrations did not show any significant differences, but they showed a trend of reduced concentrations at 14 days of culture in relation to the naturally occurring G. chilensis biomass (except for Pb) ( Figure 1 ).
The obtained values show a clear trend of depuration of the heavy metals in the culture after the first tap water submersion ( Table 1 ).
