The effect size increased when we calculated the model exclusively using conversion to AD but did not reach statistical significance (HR = 2.05, p = 0.19). mLOY calls also showed similar but smaller non-significant positive effects for conversion to dementia (HR = 1.17, p = 0.40) and AD (HR = 1.38, p = 0.20, Figure 2 ).

The sentences
After covariation with total tau, we found seven nominally significant markers in plasma and one nominally significant marker in CSF.
