Although not deemed significant, there was a notable trend in the data whereby egg-L3 development and, to a lesser extent, fitness under all climatic conditions were enhanced in the isolates following infection in resistant sheep.
The experimental diets revealed that ALT, AST, T-bilirubin, D-bilirubin, and BUN values were significantly not different compared to the control diet, indicating that the experimental diets did not have a detrimental effect on liver and kidney function.
In recent years, due to the discharge of wastewater from surrounding aquaculture and other reasons, the distribution of seagrass in Wenchang has shown an obvious trend of degradation that has caused the seagrass meadows to become patchy or scattered.
In the healthy glands of unilaterally infected animals, the SCC did not show a clear trend, varying throughout the experiment with no significant differences between consecutive periods, as was the case with production.
The population model described an increasing trend with an average annual rate of increase λ = 1.075 (SE = 0.014), an estimated population size of about 882 individuals (SE = 9.397) in 2016, and a density of 4.29 wolves/100 km 2 .
An overall trend for publishing more papers addressing farm animal welfare per year was observed, as the number of years required to reach ten papers decreased consistently across decades in both journal groups, as well as the number of required individual papers. 3.2.
During the therapy sessions, a positive trend in salivary biomarkers was observed from baseline (at home) to post-treatment sessions (the end of working days) although this was not significant for any biomarker.
The winter and spring NAO, which showed large annual changes, but no long-term trends ( Figure A1 ), may have contributed to the large variation, and thus a weak trend in the median date of passage at Bukowo-Kopań. 5.
Still, source attribution in human cases is far from complete [ 60 ], which means that the role of RMBDs in human infections, or a possible trend towards increased human cases due to the handling of RMBDs cannot be assessed properly.
During the second sampling, both experimental groups showed an increasing trend over the control, Lastly, during the third sampling, the expression levels of the tnf-α gene were approximately equal in both experimental groups and not significantly elevated above control levels ( Figure 6 ).
There was a numerical trend for the daily pasture allowance (kg of DM/ha) to be reduced with the increase in experiment duration when cows grazed from mid-January to mid-March, and the highest allowance during the first grazing period reflects the lack of pasture mowing before the start of the experiment ( Figure 3 ).
Although it is still classified as a species of least concern by the International Union for Conservation of Nature [ 1 ], population numbers have had a decreasing trend.
These observations show a clear trend for patches receiving immigrants to be less extinction-prone than those that did not receive immigrants ( Figure 3 ; Table 1 ).
The highly significant and positive correlation between LW and CG suggests that this variable can be used as the sole predictor in exponential and linear models and in combination with other measurements in multiple linear models to provide a good estimate of LW.
In addition, 12 putative m6A-circRNAs showed highly significant differences in their expression profiles between Queshan Black and Large White pigs ( Figure 2 B).
The mean daily lying time was 18 h 11 min per day (SD 39 min), with no association of the housing group (F 1,3 = 0.19, p = 0.69), and an overall trend in reducing lying times as the calves got older ( Figure 2 ).
This correlation also predicts an increasing trend in possible poaching, traffic accidents, and car damages caused by deer–vehicle collisions, in which the fallow deer is frequently involved [ 5 , 6 , 7 , 8 ].
Female horses showed a nonsignificant trend where individuals that changed bands over the 11-month period before the collection of the hair sample had higher hair cortisol concentrations (dispersed n = 53, remained in the band n = 76; LME; fixed: dispersed in the previous year, random: horse ID, age; p = 0.223).
