For the annual mean precipitation, during the entire prediction period (2010–2099), the forest region of Northeast China showed an increasing trend in almost all areas under the three distinct climate warming scenarios (RCP2.6, RCP4.5, and RCP8.5), except in the southern part of the CBM, where precipitation decreased significantly relative to the baseline period ( Figure 4 ).
In addition, during the recovery period, the ratios of negative and positive correlation species pairs of the shrub layer of LF and the understory layer of BF showed an increasing trend, which meant the competition among populations within the understory vegetation community of BF and shrub community of LF intensified.
There was an interaction between NILs and photoperiod on time to flowering: at 12 h photoperiod, Fw was delayed by the action of the ppd-H1 -insensitive allele (although the effect was a nonsignificant trend when the PhyC-l allele was in the background in Exp1, the direct effect of ppd-H1 was still significant when considered across the two PHYC backgrounds; see boxplots in Figure 2A ), while under 24 h photoperiod, the ppd-H1 allele did not significantly delay Fw ( Figures 2B, D ).
Subsequently, with the increase of calcium concentration, the TC, TN, TP, and TK contents in each organ and the whole plant showed a decreasing trend, and when the calcium concentration reached 400 mg·kg -1 , they all significantly decreased compared to the control without calcium (except for the TP content in stems) ( p < 0.05).
The changing trends of C:N and C:P ratios in Pinus tabuliformis seedlings in this study indicate that as calcium concentration increases, the growth rate of Pinus tabuliformis seedling roots initially slows down and then accelerates, showing an increasing trend when calcium concentration reaches 400 mg·kg -1 .

Pearson correlation analysis showed that the increase in yield was accompanied by the decrease in N 2 O emission, and there was a highly significant negative correlation between yield and N 2 O emission ( R = − 0.64), and there was a significant negative correlation between RE N and N 2 O emission ( R = − 0.37), with the higher the RE N , the lower the N 2 O emission.
