The variation of solar radiation during G2 was more stable than that during G1, which showed an increasing trend after 14 April.
Excerpts
As shown in Figure 6 , with the increase of hole diameter, the qualification rate of seeds per hole y 1 first increases and then decreases, the coefficient of variation of seed number y 4 first decreases and then increases, the coefficient of variation of hole spacing y 6 first decreases and then increases, the average seeds per hole y 3 shows an increasing trend, the empty hole rate y 2 is zero, and the average hole spacing y 5 is almost unchanged.
Notably, the content of cyanidin and delphinidin was higher at the beginning of blueberry fruit development (S3), with a decreasing trend at the later stage, while their content showed a certain increase after fruit ripening.
Effects on cell membrane permeability in leaves under salt stress With an increase in the NaCl and NaHCO 3 solutions, the relative conductivity and malondialdehyde content of the leaves showed an increasing trend, but the range of increase was different ( Figure 2 ).
At 200 mM of NaCl level, the expressed damage by % DNA in the tail scored 21.8% ( Figure 5B ) as a highly significant increment compared with untreated plants (Control).
The genotype, environment, and genotype x environment interactions for iron, zinc, and phytic acid concentration were also quite significant in the current analysis ( Tables 3 ), implying that the environmental conditions as stated in Table 2 are important.
Alternatively, there may be significant allelic differences between ecotypes in epigenetic machinery genes and their promoters.
Pearson’s correlation analysis revealed that association of plant yield and seed weight was positive and highly significant, depicting that these are yield-determinative traits.
The contributions of trait toward yield showed an increasing trend, i.e., DM< DF< PH< PL< PL< HI< BPP< SW< SPP in the var.
Both of them showed an increasing trend in fruit firmness during the early stages (S1-S4) ( Figure 1B ).
The variation due to genotype (G) was highly significant for all the eight traits at a 0.001% level of significance, while the variation due to SA treatment (T) was found to be significant at different levels of significance, for instance, DTM (0.001%), GPS (0.001%), TGW (0.01%), and YPP (0.001%).
In the current study, NDVI and SPRI had a decreasing trend while MCARI, Ctr1, and Lic2 increased under ‘PEG’ ( Table 1 ).
For each sampling date, features with a variable importance in projection (VIP) score >1 in the OPLS‐DA model, |Log 2 FC| > 0.6 and p value < 0.05 were considered as significant and those with FDR < 0.10, VIP score >1, and |Log 2 FC| > 0.6 as highly significant.
In silico identification of genes spanning 1Mb of highly significant markers In total eighteen markers associated with more than two traits in GLM and MLM were selected for in-silico identification of genes spanning the 1 Mb region upstream and downstream of the marker ( Table 7 ).
In 2050s, the area of highly suitable areas under the three climate scenarios did not change much, but in 2090s, the area of highly suitable areas under the three climate scenarios showed an increasing trend in turn, indicating that the growth rate of the distribution area of A. rugosa accelerated with the passage of time, so it can be inferred that the global warming situation is also gradually intensifying.
A highly significant correlation existed between the number of FGPP and PH, EPN, PL, GPP, SSR, GYP, AB, and CC.
From the perspective of different levels of suitability area, with the increase of suitability, the proportion of the mid, high, and extremely high fragmentation showed a decreasing trend, while the other was contrary ( Figure 4B ).
In general, the future potential distribution is expected to show an increasing trend.
Both the fresh and dry weights of above-ground exhibited an increasing trend followed by a decreasing trend with the increasing application of urea ( Table 1 ).
Similarly, compound-leaved trees have a higher (marginally significant) MVD than simple-leaved trees.
Similarly, combined stress (D+S) influence was highly significant with CAT (73%), SOD (25%), POD (54.5%) and APX (38.2%) increasing concentrations as contrast to control.
In QTLpoly, a “putative QTL” refers to QTL signals that are close to significance thresholds.
Both wheat cultivars showed a trend of increasing grain K content with decreasing temperature under low-temperature treatment applied at the jointing stage, while the variation in the grain K content of both cultivars showed a trend of first decreasing and then increasing with decreasing temperature under low-temperature treatment during the booting stage and combined stages.
By contrast, the sucrose concentration in leaves showed a decreasing trend as the covering time increased.
When the auxin was NAA, the regeneration rate increased with increasing tZ concentration and the number of adventitious shoots also showed an increasing trend.
