All were extremely significant ( p = 0.005, p = 0.005, p = 0.000, p = 0.003).
Excerpts
An increasing trend in the DA-SC was found in the CTB Groups (p <0.005) from 1 to 2 weeks, but not in the FG Groups (p = 0.513).
First, the signature in V5- lac Z-expressing cells had to have a highly significant ( p <0.005) positive or negative response to LeTx treatment while in cells expressing V5-MEK1cr or V5-MEK2cr showed a highly significant ( p <0.005) response to LeTx treatment in the opposite direction.
In addition, we detected highly significant monocyte enrichment (p ≤ 0.005) after magnetic isolation ( Fig 2F ) when compared to the protocol following step (a) only (89.0 ± 5.1% vs. 22.7 ± 8.6%) ( Fig 2E and 2F ).
The difference was highly significant ( P = 0.005).
Product Use Correlations between saliva cotinine levels and number of cartridges/day were highly significant for study groups A and B, at week-6 (Rho = 0.90 for group A, p = 0.005; Rho = 0.74 for group B, p = 0.006, Spearman’s rank correlation) and at week-12 (Rho = 0.93 for group A, p<0.003; Rho = 0.95 for group B, p<0.0004).
This difference was highly significant considering the most accurate FrOr parameter (p<0.005).
The results of this model show no significant effect (p = 0.18; statistical power [95% CI] = 42.60% [39.51, 45.73]) of the rank on perseveration but there was a highly significant effect (p = 0.005) of centrality on perseveration, the most central individuals made less perseverative errors ( Fig 3 ).
Regression analysis on colitis scores and fibrosis scores across all time points indicated a strong and highly significant correlation (r 2 = 0.82, p <0.005).
showed a trendp<0.005
The cerebellum showed a trend (p<0.005 uncorrected) ( Table 4 ).
Results and Discussion The grey square was judged as brighter following a musical prime with positive valence and darker following a musical prime with negative valence ( Fig 4 ), as indicated by the highly significant effect of valence, F (1,19) = 12.12, p < 0.005.
When evaluating the individual average contributions over all periods across PCC and FR, we find that there is a highly significant difference across these two treatments (Non-parametric Mann Whitney test, z = -2.791, p = 0.005).
We found the highly significant three-way interaction between species, time, and BMCS presence (F = 3.864, P = 0.005).
There was a highly significant improvement in fatigue at week 4, compared to baseline, in the group on the active drug (p = 0.005), and an almost significant improvement in the placebo treated group, p = 0.053 (Friedman Test), Figure 2 .
The overall AMOVA test also showed a highly significant effect of land use ( P <0.005).
Another highly significant (P < 0.005) antimicrobial resistance phenotype association was observed for the folate pathway inhibitors antimicrobial category.
Weighted UniFrac analysis was highly significant (p = 0.005), confirming that humans lacking B. coli ASVs harbored a markedly distinct community of potentially pathogenic eukaryotes compared to pigs (p = 0.005) ( Table 2 ).
Nevertheless, the effect of forest damage was highly significant in permutation-based ANOVAs for both DWA groups ( P = 0.005 in both cases).
The increase in TSLPR expression was highly significant in the ICL group (p<0.005), even though the frequency of TSLPR+ cells remained relatively low (median value: 2.7%; range: 1.2%–10.3%).
PRLR −/− mice exhibited a basal body weight lower than those of wild type mice [15] , but PEG-SMLA treatment induced a similar highly significant ( p< 0.005) increased mass change in the WT and PRLR −/− treated mice ( Figure 1A ), which was quantified in Figure 1B .
Furthermore, there was a strong and highly significant correlation between scores from both raters (P = 0.005, Spearman's coefficient 0.75).
Conversely in RA this percentage was higher in males than in females in both studies but the difference was highly significant here (p<0.005) but less so in Meyer and colleagues (p = 0.043).
At these thresholds, the Kaplan-Meier analyses based on PFS ( Figure 4a ) and OS ( Figure 4b ) both show highly significant differences between patients scoring below the threshold and those scoring at or above it: PFS analysis p <0.005, OS analysis p = 0.002.
As expected, time post-infection was a highly significant predictor of bacterial load after infection; each of the 10 bacteria proliferated over the course of infection ( Fig 3 , S2 Table ; ANOVA p < 0.005 in all cases).
However, four highly significant ( P <0.005) QTLs were revealed by the nonparametric mapping test analogous to one-way analysis of variance [39] on chromosomes 3 ( Mi-GI h -C03 1 , BNL3408), 4 ( Mi-GI b -C04 1 , MUSSS396_N-111), 11 ( Mi-GI b -C11 1 , BNL1231), and 17 ( Mi-GI h -C17 1 , MUSB0224_320) in Experiment I accounting for 12.3, 11.5, 10.1, and 7.95% of the phenotypic variance in GI, respectively ( Table 1 , Figure 3 ).
