As in Kaplan-Meier analysis for the clusters identified by our method in METABRIC, an extremely significant survival difference was found among intrinsic subtypes with a log-rank p < 0.0001, showing the worst survival rate for basal subtype.

These data indicate overall higher sST2 concentrations in males than females, which is highly significant after adjusting for age (effect estimate 49% lower in women [95% CI 42% to 55%], p<0.0001) ( Table 1 ).
After logarithmic transformation of light intensity and cfu counts ≥7.5×10 4 cfu/ml, the Pearson two-tailed test indicated a highly significant correlation (P<0.0001).
Bats that were associated with the (bushmeat) value chain were more frequently positive for coronavirus RNA (25.4%) than bats sampled at other human animal (peri-domestic) interfaces (5%), and this difference was highly significant (p < 0.0001).
There was a highly significant 3.5-fold difference in fever load in non-survivors compared to survivors (p<0.0001).

[ 46 ] assessed the accuracy of the Invu system at recording the FHR using simultaneous CTG; a highly significant correlation was reported been the two modalities (r = 0.92, p<0.0001).
Twenty-four week-infected mice developed highly significant bone resorption relative to control mice in the maxilla palatal (0.65 v. 0.43 mm 2 ) ( P = 0.0001) and mandible lingual sides (0.80 v. 0.66 mm 2 ) ( P = 0.003) (Fig 1C and 1D ) of the jaw.
During SMC differentiation of A404 cells, 72 (55.4%) of these genes showed significant differential regulation, pathway over-representation that was highly significant by Fisher's Exact Test (p<0.0001).
This difference was determined to be highly significant (p<.0001; number of trials = 1500; number of successes = 1139) using a binomial test and therefore the accuracy in estimating land cover actually increased in the final stages of the competition.
All vaccinated groups showed 0% mortality when challenged, which was highly significant compared to the non-vaccinated controls (40 and 28% mortality eight and twenty-six weeks post vaccination (wpv), respectively) (P<0.0001).
All correlations remained highly significant ( P <0.0001) after controlling for ethnicity, socioeconomic status, birth weight, placental weight, gestational age at delivery, parity, tobacco smoking status (0, 1–10 or >11 cigarettes smoked per day), labor onset, labor induction, labor duration, oxytocin administration, tocolytic administration, antenatal steroid administration, APH, PTB, and PROM in multiple regression analysis.
When compared to the PCAs ( S1 and S2 Figs) computed separately on the same data, the major shape and genetic PLS axes appear nearly identical to the corresponding first principal components (microsatellite PC1 = 23.35%, shape PC1 = 22.22%), with pairwise correlations displaying values greater than 0.98 and highly significant ( P < 0.0001).
Indeed, of the 250 males captured in the study, 58 were seropositive (23.2%) compared to 22 of 249 (8.8%) females, which is highly significant ( χ 2 = 13.80, 1 df, p <10 −4 ).
The logistic regression model was highly significant (p < 0.0001, Nagelkerke R2 = 0.35).
Age is also highly significant (younger p < 0.0001 in univariate analysis), as is the prevalence of socioeconomic disadvantage in the local area where respondents live (less disadvantage p = 0.0006 in univariate analysis), but both become non-significant in multivariate analysis, i.e. when analysed in the context of the other independent variables.
Overall, an increasing trend in malaria positivity was observed from 2010 to 2012 (chi-square for trend = 663.55; P<0.0001).
In both instances, the PHASE x TREATMENT interaction was highly significant (p < 0.0001), indicating that ghost crabs responded strongly to the addition of carrion ( Figure 2 , Table 2) .
Overall, differences in species richness between elevational zones <2000 m were highly significant (ANOVA, F = 244.04, P <0.0001).
albopictus ), with statistical analysis (permutation test in MorphoJ) indicating highly significant differences between most of these species ( p < 0.0001; p < 0.01; and p < 0.05; S2 Table ).
The difference between syntenic and non-syntenic genes was highly significant ( P < 0.0001, Wilcoxon rank-sum test) for all species separately.
Relative to central hospitals, patients at hospitals in the most peripheral quartile had significantly higher odds of death, but patients at hospitals in quartile 2 were no different from the reference, and those in quartile 3 were borderline significant for reduced mortality (OR (95% CI): Q1 2.10 (1.76–2.51), p<0.0001; Q2 1.00 (0.87–1.15), p = 0.997; Q3 0.89 (0.79–1.00), p = 0.050; Q4 (reference)).

Although this difference is highly significant (p<0.0001, t = 4.6345, df = 1355, SE = 0.058), the degree of the difference in linear dimensions is relatively small ( Fig 18 ).
