Although differentiation among subgroups was highly significant (P<0.0001), 76.95% of total genetic variance was attributed to the difference within subgroups and 1.51% within individuals.
Excerpts
The difference between the treatments was marginally significant at Day 4 and 7 (P = 0.0532 and 0.0560, respectively), and highly significant by Day 14 (P < 0.0001; Fig 5D ).
The superior performance of SHuffle strains ( Fig 1 ), supported by highly significant ANOVA results (F (11,24) = 45.32, p < 0.0001), validates recent emphasis on engineered redox systems for disulfide-rich proteins [ 44 ].
The multiple regression model for color was highly significant (R 2 = 0.84, F 3,110 = 188, P <0.0001), but the slope and intercepts were affected by ecosystem type, which resulted in the following equations: (2) and (3) Despite the differences in the regression parameters, most of the color observations from the experimental ponds fell within the 95% prediction intervals associated with the regression model for natural lakes in equation 3 ( Fig. 2a ).
At higher doses (25 μ M), Cd data showed clear differentiation starting from time T1, with highly significant differences compared to CTRL ( p ≤ 0.0001 at T1, T2 and T3) ( Fig. 7(b) ).
Discrimination of the morphs was highly significant (Wilks’ λ = 0.02, F 21, 73 = 9.02, p < 0.0001; Fig 3 ), and canonical variables 1 and 2 explained 60.8% and 30.9% of the variation in female throat colouration, respectively.
The month/year effect was strong, as can be seen in Fig 5 , and was highly significant (p < .0001) in all cases.
Particularly in primiparous women, the difference in acceptability between cervical massage and membrane sweep was highly significant (p = 0.0001) ( Table 8 ).
This was clearly significantly different from the value obtained with rERK2-LOC (IF = 18.37% ± 0.80, n = 20, p ≤ 0.0001).
Modelling of PAS 1 and PAS 2 effects on MEP amplitudes Computational modelling of the PAS 1 and PAS 2 effects on the absolute MEP amplitude raw data as a function of time revealed highly significant differences between PAS 1 and PAS 2 MEP functions ( P < 0.0001) ( Fig 5 ).
The results of quantitation show ( Fig 2D ) a highly significant difference in deviation of the α7 G lung bronchiole surface from smoothness following CS exposure from that of the control (P<0.0001).
The difference with control cells was highly significant (one-tailed Fisher’s exact test, p<0.0001).
The Friedman test was highly significant (p < 0.0001, Friedman chi 2 = 116.97, df = 3, Kendall’s W = 0.6045).
The combination of IMAR and DEMAR resulted in a highly significant artefact reduction than IMAR alone (p<0.0001).
Analysis of the cortico-endosteal surfaces showed a highly significant reduction in osteoblast number in vehicle treated tumour-bearing mice compared to naïve mice (0.1±0.3 and 41.7±8.6 respectively, p<0.0001, Fig 6B ).
The results presented in Figure 1B–C clearly support our hypothesis: antibody treatment did not significantly impact tumor growth in B16.F10 challenged mice ( P = 0.1850); whereas the effect on B16.F10-GP challenged mice were highly significant ( P <0.0001).
Three days following sepsis the two models had an inverse correlation that was highly significant (p<0.0001) with an r = −0.284 ( Figure 4C ).
There was a highly significant increase in mortality between aphids treated with either P. lilacinum (60%) or B. bassiana (57%) vs. the controls (10%) (Kaplan-Meier, P<0.0001 for both fungi).
Indeed the difference between RCR and RRC was highly significant for remembered items (F(1,795.6) = 15.3, p<10 −4 ), but was not significant for forgotten items (F(1,1325.4) = 1.68, p = 0.195).
We found highly significant differences in haplotype distribution between patient and control groups both in the original sample and in the replicated sample (global p < 0.0001 after multiple test correction).
PBMC p/t-S6RP inhibition was highly significant at Day 8 and was maintained through Day 15 (n = 8, Figure 4B . , p<0.0001).
After correcting for gene variation, the tissue effect was also highly significant (F 21,5669 = 4094.43, p<0.0001), reflecting that in general ribosomal proteins as a group were more highly expressed in certain tissues.
As shown in Table 2 , the first canonical function (F1) had the highest eigenvalues and was highly significant across all fertility scales (Bartlett’s test, p < 0.0001), concentrating most discriminatory information.
This is a highly significant overlap, given that the total number of genes in all sub-networks created by NIMMI is 6035 (p-value = 1.11×10 −4 , hypergeometric test).
Although here statistical significance was not reached for any dosage group alone, the Poisson trend statistic [ 32 ] suggested a highly significant (p = 0.00012) decreasing trend in tumor incidence rate over the dose range from 4 Gy to 16 Gy.
