Phenotypic variation in bambara groundnut germplasm Highly significant (p < 0.001) genetic variation was observed among all morphological traits in the studied accessions ( Table 5 ).
In a bivariate analysis Table 3 shows, there is a highly significant association ( p- value < 0.001) present between the age group and visiting healthcare to receive healthcare facilities, and this significance is present in all of the countries of our study.
In contrast, the IDI for the RealAge model compared to the Framingham unscaled points model was highly significant (0.004, 95% CI : [0.002, 0.011], p-value <0.001).
Overall, there was a decreasing trend in δ 13 C oto over the last century (main Year effect p<0.001), with a larger decrease observed in Icelandic cod (mean values of δ 13 C oto decreased by 0.7‰ over the past 100 years) compared to NEA cod (mean values decreased by 0.3‰ over the past 100 years) ( Table 2 , Fig 3 ).
At a finer scale, we detected strong within-island heterogeneity in the proportion of infected monarchs ( Figure 1 ), and the effect of site nested within island was highly significant (Wald χ 2 = 40.38, d.f. = 4, P<0.001).
Carrying out the same analysis on recognition data revealed even more pronounced results: Participants in the free-viewing condition recognized on average 14.6 billboards ( sd = 3.25; recognition_rate free-viewing = 0.73) compared to only 7.1 billboards recognized in the trash-counting condition ( sd = 3.68; recognition_rate trash-counting = 0.35), which is a highly significant difference ( t 38 = 6.78, p < 0.001, d = 2.14, see Fig 2 , right panel).
As expected, there was a highly significant correlation between the sample size of cichlid individuals ( Table 1 ) and “Sum” ( Table 5 ) (Spearman's ρ = 0.972, P <0.001).
Using Illumina HiSeq expression data of 791 PAM50-defined breast cancer cases and 113 normal breast tissues available at TCGA portal [ 32 ], we verified a highly significant loss of DKK3 mRNA expression in all clinically relevant breast cancer subtypes compared with normal breast tissues (for all P < 0.001).
The term for lantana density in a given cell was found to be highly significant (Likelihood Ratio Test, LR statistic = 52.96, P <0.001), indicating that lantana density in the previous time step was an important predictor of lantana density in the next time step.
Differences between populations were not significant (as measured with ANOVA, P >0.8, Table 2 ), while differences for treatments and for the P -levels used for selecting the protein spots included in the comparison were highly significant ( P <0.001, Table 4 ).
A highly significant main effect of Time (F(1, 90) = 26.532, p < .001, ŋ p 2 = .371) showed a significant reduction in children’s acute cortisol after interventions.
Goodness of fit of the data were very good and all the structural coefficients were highly significant ( P <0.001).
Additionally, it showed excellent sampling adequacy, with a Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) value of 0.94, and the Bartlett’s test of sphericity was highly significant (χ 2 = 3713.26, df = 276, p < 0.001), indicating strong evidence of construct validity and relationships among the variables assessed.
Furthermore, the individual change in TL was inversely correlated with initial TL at a highly significant level after controlling for age and sex (r = −0.962, p<0.001; Figure 2 ), indicating that the lengthening rate was most pronounced in individuals with shorter telomeres at baseline.
The results of this investigation align with these steps: (1) The results of the study indicate a strong and statistically significant association between NHRM practices and innovation capability (ß = 0.34, p < 0.001); (2) innovation capability was statistically highly significant with innovative performance (ß = 0.18, p < 0.001); (3) NHRM practices exhibited a highly significant relationship with innovative performance (ß = 0.23, p < 0.001); and (4) when innovation capability was simultaneously regressed among NHRM practices and innovative performance, the effect of NHRM practices became insignificant (ß = 0.04), demonstrating a full mediation effect.
This difference is very highly significant for the incorporated nets (Netprotect®) (p<0.001).
Results Analysis of the heart-rate data showed a highly significant effect of cue (ANCOVA: F 3, 75 = 14.989, P<0.001; Fig. 1 ).
The ratio of NF-κB genes up-regulated in ccRCC (58/137) is highly significant, ( p -value < 0.001, one-tailed proportion Z -test), when compared to the percentage of all genes up-regulated in ccRCC (3560/17997; ~20%).
Further proteins, that did not show high changes compared to untreated control samples (|log 2 FC| < 0.5), but displayed highly significant differences ( p ≤ 0.001) among both treatments will now be discussed in more detail ( Table 7 ).
At Geeveston, the mean DBH of the long-distance crosses was only marginally (at the 5% significance level) greater than the mid-parent value by age 13 years, but at Weilangta highly significant ( P ≤0.001) heterosis was evident by age 9 years ( Table 1 ).
