In our samples from Afghanistan, the Mediterranean 563T mutation was almost exclusively associated with the CT haplotype (36/38 cases) with only two TC individuals detected; compared to the C563 (wild-type) population this was a highly significant difference (Fisher’s exact p<0.001).
Excerpts
The difference between mFPR1 -/- mice and WT-mice was highly significant either among the CD11b + - (153±32 vs 102±24 (p<0,001)) and the Ly6G + -cells (WT126±21 vs mFPR1 -/ 85±22 (p<0,001)).
The differences between the values from the 3T3BXB-ER cells as well as the differences between 3T3 and 3T3BXB-ER cells were highly significant (p≤0.001), resulting in a decreased nuclear volume by ∼40% in estrogen treated BXB-ER cells.
The assessment of the severity of NOMI using the Homburg-NOMI-Score has shown a highly significant (p<0.001) correlation to the event of death during the postoperative period [ 19 ].
All of these correlations were highly significant ( p < .001).
Cooling effect on RR and RT The effects of cooling, time, day, as well as interactions between cooling and day, and cooling and time were highly significant for sow respiration (P < 0.001).
Although interaction between gender and aggression scores was highly significant [F = 10.991, p = 0.0010, η 2 = 0.014, power = 0.912], no gene-sex interaction was found (p = 0.8834).
The increase of U was observed in all cases and was highly significant ( P = 0.001, paired t-test).
Using this approach, we observed highly significant classifications of vertebral from synchondrosis stages plus age, χ2(20) = 371.86, p<0.001, indicating that the prediction matched significantly the observed vertebral stages, χ2 = 440.10, p<0.001.
Model IV (versus model III), shows that the influence of A is highly significant since removing it from the model results in a considerable worsening of fit (χ 2 (1) = 293.2, p <.001).
The variability in diversity between study years was highly significant (P < 0.001).
In contrast, the IDI for the RealAge model compared to the Framingham unscaled points model was highly significant (0.004, 95% CI : [0.002, 0.011], p-value <0.001).
The difference was highly significant ( P <0.001) between the age- and gender-matched stroke subgroup and the control group.
Respondents from the COPD and Diabetes sub-samples had on average more co-morbid conditions than the NSA sub-sample (mean number of chronic conditions is 3.7 for the COPD sub-sample, 3.4 for the Diabetes sub-sample and 2.0 for the NSA sub-sample, with COPD/Diabetes difference significant (p = 0.010) and other differences highly significant (p<0.001)).
The difference in HADS anxiety scores also remained highly significant after age adjustment (β = –7.84, p < 0.001), whereas the group difference in HADS depression scores was no longer significant (β = –2.09, p = 0.052).
Lysis induced by all anti-MUC1 antibodies was highly significant (p<0.001 in Student's t-test) in MUC1-expressing tumor cell lines, when compared to the ovarian cell line ES-2, the melanoma cell line SK-mel-1 and NHEC, three MUC1-negative cell lines.
3 Results 3.1 Calibration of the proposed methodologies using possum fur A scatterplot matrix ( Fig 3 ) showed that the results obtained by both testing methods (DGI and PIP methods) were comparable, as indicated by a highly significant ( P < 0.001) linear relation between the two measurements: L PIP = 1.72 + 0.89 × L DGI (r 2 = 0.84).
However, the three inulin groups exhibited higher Bifidobacterium levels than the HC group, with a highly significant difference observed between the InH/InM and HC groups (P < 0.001) and a significant difference between the InL and HC groups (P < 0.05).
A highly significant difference in cAMP- and IP 3 baseline levels was detected at ZT 1, 9, 16, 18, 20, and 23 (Kruskal-Wallis test, p < 0.001).
Correlations were validated by selecting strong and highly significant correlations (σ > 0.6, p < 0.001).
All marker compounds showed highly significant differences ( p < 0.001) across treatments.
The correlation between weight and seed number was positive and highly significant ( r (18) = 0.868, p = 0.001; Fig 2 ).
Finally, the strong and highly significant results of the Mantel test within the C4 genetic cluster ( r = 0.785, P = 0.001) demonstrate the pattern of IBD also exists at a smaller scale for N. obscura ( Table 3 ).
There was a highly significant relationship between the average score of clinical competence and the participant’s age, sex, level of education, and years of clinical work experience ( P <0.001).
As seen in Fig 2 , neuroticism had a moderately significant direct effect on maladaptive music listening coping (β = 0.429, p < 0.001) and a moderately significant direct effect on negative emotions of breakup (β = 0.318, p < 0.001).
