Tajima’s D statistic was estimated to test whether the SNPs were neutral mutations 43 , 44 , and the D value for AhGPAT9A was -2.41743, which was extremely significant ( p < 0.01), indicating that the nucleotide variations in AhGPAT9A could not have been a result of the standard neutral selection.

Salinity significantly influenced electrical conductivity (EC), nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), potassium (K), sodium (Na), calcium (Ca), and magnesium (Mg) (p ≤ 0.05), while compost had a highly significant effect on all chemical parameters (p ≤ 0.01), including pH.
Like the sea ice cover in the Barents Sea, the wintertime SST sBS index exhibits a nonsignificant trend ( p > 0.1) during the EARLY period followed by a significant trend ( p = 0.01) during the LATE period (see Fig. 2c for comparison of the standardised time series of SST sBS and SIA BS ).
In soil, zinc (Zn) concentration demonstrated highly significant ( P < 0.01) variations across plants, treatments, and their interaction (Plant × Treatment) (Table 2 ).
SOC stocks showed highly significant correlations ( p < 0.01) with elevation, mean temperature, mean summer temperature, slope, length of the thermal growing season, and east–west slope aspect.
Highly significant (P < 0.01) positive correlations were observed between 2012/2013 MD values (r p = 0.98) and 2012/2013 FDP values (r p = 0.98).
Differences were considered statistically significant at p ≤ 0.05 and highly significant at p ≤ 0.01.

Differences were considered significant when P < 0.05 and extremely significant when P < 0.01.
2 ), and denitrifying soil populations responded to this soil pH recovery, as demonstrated by the highly significant correlation between soil pH and the ( nosZI + nosZII / nirS + nirK ) ratio (r = 0.598, p < 0.01).
