The model was found to be highly significant ( p = 0.0008), with R 2 = 0.9524 and Adj-R 2 = 0.8913, indicating a good fit to the experimental data and good predictive capabilities.

The two groups showed a highly significant difference in overall survival (log‐rank p = 0.00085 Supplementary Fig. 1), with 5‐year overall survival rates of 98.1% and 87.4%, respectively.
This observation was supported by the extremely significant quantitative difference in the H 2 O 2 production before and after passing the phase transition point: R = 0.7124, p < 0.0009 (n = 18) (Table 5 ).
Statistically significant differences were observed in the plasma N -glycome at all stages of CRC, this included a highly significant decrease in relation to the core fucosylated bi-antennary glycans F(6)A2G2 and F(6)A2G2S(6)1 ( P < 0.0009).
This time, the sTIL densities were highly significant (PFS log-rank p = 0.0009) (Table 2 C).
post-earthquake differences in species abundance were highly significant ( Supplementary Table 3 ; pairwise tests after significant one-way PERMANOVA: 1997 vs. 2012: P = 0.0009; 2005 vs. 2012: P = 0.0015), while differences between the two pre-seismic samplings remained non-significant (1997 vs. 2005: P = 0.5131).
While shoot biomass was still positively correlated with root parameters and transpiration, an increasing root-to-shoot ratio had a highly significant and negative correlation with transpiration ( r =-0.7, p = 0.0009).
None of the recurrent smokers continued smoking during the study period and showed a highly significant difference ( p = 0.0009) when compared with the non-recurrent smokers.
At Day 12, highly significant reductions were observed in tumor width (*** p = 0.0009), length (** p = 0.0017), and volume (*** p = 0.0007) relative to control, whereas the tablet showed only modest effects on width (* p = 0.036) and volume (* p = 0.0379) and no significant effect on length ( p = 0.2243).
Regarding oral agmatine treatment, one-way ANOVA revealed a highly significant difference between the four dose groups ( P < 0.0009) with dose-dependent increases (2–7 folds) and higher agmatine levels at the 600 ( P < 0.01) and 900 ( P < 0.001) mg/kg doses.
GO analysis of the genes identified in REG4 and GATA6 knockdown cells revealed a highly significant enrichment for probe sets annotated as “cell cycle phase” ( P = 9.7 × 10 −4 ).
The goodness of fit to the model (χ 2 ) resulted highly significant in all cases ( P < 0.001; Table 1 B).
Kolmogorov–Smirnov tests 28 comparing the observed run-length distributions to their geometric expectation were highly significant (D = 0.52–0.59, p = 10− 3 –10− 5 ), demonstrating that the contiguous match structure of real alignments departs sharply from random expectations even when compositional bias is preserved.
