All primary outcomes demonstrated highly significant improvements ( p < 0.001) with large effect sizes (Cohen’s d > 0.8), indicating both statistical significance and clinical meaningfulness.

Evaluation of antioxidant activity of trans-crocetin in vitro The scavenging ability of trans-crocetin for superoxide anion (•O 2 − ) was evaluated by the lumino-DMSO-NaOH luminescence system, and as shown in Table 5 , trans-crocetin had more vital scavenging abilities than the positive control ascorbic acid, with highly significant differences ( P < 0.001) compared with the control group.
Our primary model of interest (see “Model 1” in “ Statistical analyses ”) on the cooperation scores revealed a highly significant impact of SVO on cooperation (F (1,149) = 20.222, p < 0.001), a significant main effect of the inductions (F (2,149) = 3.785, p = 0.0.025), and a significant interaction between SVO and the inductions (F (2,149) = 5.482, p = 0.005) (the model estimates are plotted in Fig. 4 ).
Separate post-hoc 2-way PROTOCOL*TASK ANOVAs for the pre-test and post-test runs again confirmed highly significant effects of TASK in both pre-test ( F (1,23) = 33.019, p < 0.001, η 2 = 0.589) and post-test ( F (1,23) = 22.702 , p < 0.001, η 2 = 0.497).
Highly significant correlations were observed between VE and VCO 2 during the incremental test (r = 0.96; P < 0.001) (Fig. 3 A) and the constant load test (r = 0.86; P < 0.001) (Fig. 3 B) in the SARS-CoV-2 patients.
Analysis of variance indicated highly significant differences ( P < 0.001) for all the studied traits (Supplementary Table S2 ).
Results were considered highly significant if p < 0.001.
The combined analysis of variance for the colour and bioactive properties of unprocessed and processed fresh orange maize showed that there was highly significant (P < 0.001) effect for independent variables maturity and method (forms of roasting) for all colour properties of hybrid orange maize.
The latency to find the reward during the retrieval trials revealed a highly significant training effect (Fig. 1 d, F 2.9,66.9 = 6.45, p = 0.001) and the linear trend was also significant (F 1,23 = 14.94, p = 0.001).
Accordingly, a highly significant difference was observed between the amount of energy imported and exported by birds during the study period (Wilcoxon test, p < 0.001).

Although most sectors in both groups showed a trend of decreasing thickness, statistically significant reductions were observed only in the inferotemporal ( P < 0.001) and inferonasal ( P = 0.003) sectors in Group 2 (Fig. 2 ).
Both the time dependent changes and the direct vs synaptic responses amplitude were found to be highly significant (p < 0.001) when analysed by two-way Anova.
In addition, Bartlett’s Test of Sphericity yielded a highly significant result (χ2 = 7238.63, df = 3321, p < 0.001), confirming that the observed correlation matrix was not an identity matrix and thus appropriate for structure detection via EFA (Table 2 ).
Pearson’s correlation analysis was employed to investigate the relationship between eigengene modules and clinical traits, demonstrating a highly significant correlation between gene significance for PTB + T2DM and the MEgreenyellow module (coefficient = 0.60; P < 0.001; Fig. 2 D).
All these differences were highly significant (P < 0.001).
Elevated AST/ALT ratios demonstrated significant positive correlations with increased heart rate and respiratory rate, while MAP showed a decreasing trend (all P < 0.001).
There was also an extremely significant difference (p ≤ 0.001) between Hg. janthinomys and Ae. albopictus (p < 0.0001).
A logistic regression model demonstrated a highly significant correlation (p < 0.001) between the coefficient of concordance and SD-OCT imaging.
In general, all categorical factors (land use, clay mineralogy and climatic factors) presented highly significant effects for the whole model ( p < 0.001).
The interaction terms, including pHTemp, pHConc, and TempConc, highlight significant combined effects, with the TempConc interaction being highly significant ( p < 0.001).
The lower values for each ∆clpB mutant were highly significant for each of the constructs ( P < 0.001), demonstrating that ClpB of both subspecies plays a very important role for efficient T6S during infection.
The group effect was highly significant, F (2, 219) = 16.84, p < 0.001, BF 10 > 1000 (i.e., strong Bayesian evidence for H 1 ).
