Moreover, a highly significant correlation was observed (r = 0.669, p < 0.0001) between pure tone average (PTA) thresholds at implant activation and those at the last follow-up, as analyzed using Pearson’s correlation coefficient.
Better correlation was achieved when using the LS system compared with the IVIS system, although in both cases the correlation was highly significant ( r = 0.9223, P < 0.0001 and r = 0.7992, P < 0.0001, respectively).

Both cRBF and eGFR demonstrated a highly significant increase at 3 months compared to baseline (mean cRBF 251.71 ± 78.27 vs. 486.61 ± 156.08 ml/kidney/min, p = 0.0001; mean eGFR 46.62 ± 16.36 vs. 69.81 ± 24.83 ml/min/1.73 m 2 ; p = 0.02) and remained consistent until the end of the observed period.
On the other hand, podocyte damage groups (MCD, FSGS, MGN and amyloidosis) showed a statistically highly significant upregulation of podocyte CD73 ( p < 0.0001); the significant increase was consistent also when comparing single entities with negative controls ( p at least < 0.001).
The picking-rate model was extremely significant (P < 0.0001), and the quadratic term of factor C (C2) had the most significant effect (F = 71.25).
Pooled analysis of all trials found a highly significant reduction in recurrence (RR 0·66, 95% CI 0·62 to 0·71; p<0·0001; figure 1 ) and breast cancer mortality (0·67, 0·61 to 0·73; p<0·0001; appendix p 7 ) with chemotherapy plus trastuzumab compared with chemotherapy alone.
The association between MUC1 and Rab31 expression was highly significant (Fisher’s exact test, p<0.0001) in that MUC1-positive tumors were more likely than MUC1-negative tumors to express Rab31 (n = 22, 88.0% vs. n = 8, 6.56%).
Statistical analysis revealed that signal differences between Lipo‐21 and Lipo‐R were not significant at 10 0 particles/mL (noting that this nominal concentration does not literally correspond to a single vesicle per mL due to inherent variability in NTA‐based quantification), but became significant at 10 2 particles/mL ( ** p < 0.01) and highly significant at higher EV concentrations ( **** p < 0.0001).
An increasing trend in global health status from baseline was noted over 25 exposures ( p < 0.0001) (Figure S2 ).

Furthermore, the fraction of unitary pseudogene transcripts annotated as coding is over 20 times smaller than found for 1,000 randomly selected protein-coding transcript fragments with matching size, a highly significant difference (656/1,000, P < 10 -4 , two-tailed Fisher's exact test).
This difference was highly significant (one-way ANOVA: F = 98.53, p < 0.0001), and a post hoc Dunnett’s test confirmed significant differences between our SYNZIP2-GFP control and SpyTagged GFP (SYNZIP2-GFP vs GFP-SpyTag: t = 6.925, p < 0.0001; SYNZIP2-GFP vs SpyTag-GFP: t = 14.04, p < 0.0001).
