When scores were evaluated, non-parametric ANOVA yielded a highly significant difference among groups (P<0.0001, Kruskal-Wallis test) ( Fig. 1C ).

Protein signature analysis The correlation between the logarithm of the neuroscience literature and numbers of protein domains for all 650 ISE gene is again weakly positive (+0.7 domains per 10-fold increase in literature, r 2 = 4.2%) but is still highly significant ( p <.0001).
The FT-B1 alleles showed highly significant differences in heading time ( P< 0.0001) within both alleles of FT-A1 , but the differences between the adjusted means of the FT-B1 alleles were 34% larger in the lines homozygous for the mutant ft-A1 allele (25.0 day delay in flowering) than in the lines homozygous or heterozygous for the wild type FT-A1 allele (18.6 day delay).
However, these differences might be expected if the PH assumption is violated; each prognostic factor had highly significant tests for PH assumption violation based on Schoenfeld residuals in model (c) ( P <0.0001).
Because of the large number of residues examined, the differences in the means between conserved and non-conserved structures are highly significant (p < 0.0001).
The third group (GR3) included GSTP-1, H-FABP, TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6, IL-10, CXCL8 and CXCL10, for which the difference between stages was highly significant ( p <0.0001, Mann-Whitney U test) ( Figure S2 ).
The age-specific HSV-2 seroprevalence of HIV-infected men was 23.9% for the 20s, 48.6% for the 30s, 57.1% for the 40s and 69.2% for the 50s, respectively, showing an increasing trend by age ( p <0.0001).
However, in the replacement study designed to mimic the “real world” uncontrolled clinical practice setting, there was a highly significant (p < 0.0001) IOP effect when switching from the concomitant use of the individual components to the FCDT, as 81.1% patients had an IOP equal to or less than the starting IOP.
Compared to early presentation (≤ 13 weeks), late presentation (> 27 weeks) to mental health clinics was a highly significant risk ( p = 0.0001) for suicidality in women.
Fisher's meta analysis indicated that the observed increase in those paired studies was extremely significant (meta p -value < 0.0001).
As shown in Figure 8 and Table 1 , the (N2) wild type worms showed a highly significant longevity extension when treated with 100 μM and 50 μM CA (LogRank p<0.0001), as compared to controls.
We examined the socio-demographic elements that affect people’s awareness of the osteoporosis condition, and we found that there is a highly significant correlation between work environment and osteoporosis knowledge (p-value = 0.0001).
The results showed that there was a statistically highly significant difference among isolates in the percentage of mean germination (F=54.6; DF=14; P<0.0001).
Toxicity analysis Univariate analysis showed that low-5FU CL had a highly significant effect on severe toxicity ( P <0.0001).
Lower PlGF MoM and higher MAP MoM were also found in LO-PE pregnancies, however the difference in PlGF MoM did not reach statistical significance (MAP –1.05 MoM, p<0.0001; PlGF –0.90, p = 0.024).
The neural response change at the target rate of 4 Hz is highly significant (bootstrap across participants, p <10 −4 ) ( Figure 3A ).
Lead treatment had a highly significant effect ( P < 0.0001) in chlorophyll a, with lower concentrations observed at higher lead doses.
Correlation of ELISpot Responses to Various BK Virus and JC Virus Peptide Pools Spearman analysis indicated that, in 17 HSCT recipients with BKV-related cystitis and in 50 healthy controls, responses to the BKV LT and VP1 peptide pools showed a highly significant correlation ( r > 0.7, p < 0.0001) ( Appendix B , Table A2 ).
Another t -test was conducted for the average PDI values between the 2 μm/30 nm compared to PEG, which showed an extremely significant value ( p ≤ 0.0001).
HR exhibited a highly significant difference ( p < 0.0001) between Phase 4 (90.6 ± 11.8) and Phase 6 (82.4 ± 14.6).
Analysis of extensive data pooled from three independent experiments revealed that on day 28 post-transmission, the neutrophil depleted, ALM+CpG-vaccinated mice showed a highly significant reduction in parasite load compared with neutrophil depleted, naïve mice (p<0.0001), as well as control treated, ALM+CpG vaccinated mice (p = 0.002), and indistinguishable from that in healed animals ( Figure 4D ).
After adjustment for selected covariates, there was an increasing trend in the adjusted PRs for cancers of all sites by duration of diagnosed diabetes among men ( P < 0.0001 for linear trend) ( Fig. 1 A ) and women ( P < 0.0001 for linear trend) ( Fig. 1 B ).
The species did occupy a rather narrow extent of the gradients (with lower and upper thirds for Ellenberg indicator values for light at 6.7 and 7.4, respectively; for moisture at 4.4 and 5.3; and for nitrogen at 5.4 and 6.9), but interspecies differences in habitat preferences according to EIVs (tested using ANOVA without phylogenetic correction) were highly significant ( p <0.0001) and relatively strong (ca. 50% variation in EIVL/EIVM/EIVN explained by species identity).
All correlations were highly significant (p<0.0001).
When the refined model was applied to the KRAS-WT CRC data, the resulting difference in PFS between the predicted-sensitive and predicted-resistant group was highly significant (median 147 days vs. 56.5 days in the predicted sensitive and resistant groups, respectively, p < 0.0001) (Figure 3B and 3C ).
