Considering wild-derived and lab-derived strains independently, principal component analyses (PCA, an unsupervised linear feature extraction method that discovers the directions of maximal variances in data) found highly significant correlations between non-synonymous SNP distribution and phylogeny within lab strain V2Rs (Two-way ANOVA, variance by V2R clade F 12,858 = 17.99, P < 0.0001).
Excerpts
Repeated measures ANOVA showed highly significant effects of age (p<0.0001), the interaction of age with Lepr genotype (p<0.0001), the interaction of age with BN congenic genotype (p = 0.0055), and lesser significance for Lepr genotype and BN congenic genotype interaction (p = 0.0330).
Driven by this successfully reprogrammed immunomodulatory niche, the localized expression of critical angiogenic and osteogenic markers, specifically VEGF and Osterix (OSX), was profoundly enhanced within the defect boundaries, demonstrating highly significant upregulation (P < 0.0001) compared to the control groups ( Figure 9E–H ).
A decreasing trend was seen in the diameter of the nanofibres upon adding more micro-capsules, with 16% PMD micro-capsules showing the smallest average diameter and a large size distribution (386 ± 55 nm) against the blank (408 ± 67 nm). The results presented in figure 3 b–d show that the emulsion spun nanofibres with permethrin, catnip and chilli oil had a highly significant effect on the average diameter of the resulting nanofibres (all p < 0.0001).
This was supported by the highly significant Cochrane Q -test ( Q = 1133.19, p < 0.0001) and high heterogeneity indices (I 2 =93.73 %, T 2 =132.95, T = 11.53).
The Kruskal–Wallis tests revealed highly significant differences among the four groups (Control, Group 1, Run 2, and Group 2) for all three isotopes (δ 13 C, δ 15 N, and δ 34 S; p < 0.0001 for all).
χ 2 test comparison of incidence and prevalence over the periods 2007 to 2014 (mean incidence 1.01/10,000, mean prevalence 0.88/10,000) and 2015 to 2021 (mean incidence 0.67/10,000, mean prevalence 0.33/10,000) showed a highly significant decrease ( p < 0.0001).
LPS administration induced a highly significant BW loss in both strains (Treatment: F (1,36) = 175.8, p < 0.0001; Strain: F (1,36) = 20.18, p < 0.0001; strain × treatment: F (1,36) = 3.80, p = 0.06).
Here, all of this is supported by an extremely significant McNemar’s test (χ 2 = 47.3, p < 0.0001).
A moderate but highly significant (r = 0.49, p = 0.0001) correlation was observed between sCD14 levels and the CRP levels in all of the TB cases combined ( Figure 4 a), with similar correlation values for the culture-confirmed and culture-negative TB cases ( Figure 4 b,c). 3.
The difference between the two PD severity cohorts was highly significant ( p < 0.0001), indicating that APS is a more sensitive method than RRS or BWS ( p = 0.1896 and 0.0020, respectively; Fig. 1l ).
From 4 h to 24 h, the cubic components were highly significant (R 2 = 0.985–0.990; p < 0.0001), with significant quadratic components from 4 h onwards ( p = 0.001–0.003).
Comparison of survival curves of the two cohorts of mice revealed a highly significant prolonged survival for TRAMP mice (p<0.0001).
Hematology The GD0 group exhibited a highly significant ( p < 0.0001) increase in Hb levels, with a change of 3.70% compared to the control.
Surprisingly, in HCs, the percentages of Vδ2 + cells and Vδ2 + Vγ9 + cells in total CD3 + T cells had highly significant positive correlations with Treg cell percentages in CD4 + T cells ( r = 0.7826, p < 0.0001; and r = 0.7848, p < 0.0001, respectively) (Figures 3 A,C).
Consequently, this platform identified highly significant differences between MPSIIIB and NHDF cells across all cell densities tested ( p < 0.0001; Figure 1 C,D).
Results Changes in color and surface roughness were highly significant (p < 0.0001) after brushing with activated charcoal powder and whitening toothpaste.
A highly significant association between strong CENPF expression and early PSA recurrence was seen in all tumors ( p <0.0001, Figure 6A ) and in the subset of ERG fusion-negative cancers ( p <0.0001, Figure 6B ).
These differences are extremely significant ( P < 0.0001 in both cases, Fisher’s exact test) and strongly suggest that the presence of NRSF/REST, but not SF-1, consensus sequences is preferentially required for interaction of SF-1 with the genomic-binding sites that it shares with NRSF/REST in H295R cells.
Highly significant differences ( P <0.0001; Mann–Whitney) were seen between concentrations of these variables in patients with metastatic disease compared with localised disease ( Figure 1 ) with median values (IQR) respectively of 22.2 (4.2–111) vs 5.7 (0.6–11.5) mg l −1 for CRP, 189.2 (114.8–303.4) vs 82.3 (575.5–131.1) μ g l −1 for OPN and 186.4 (89.6–336.2) vs 102.5 (61.6–153.9) μ g l −1 for CA9.
A highly significant correlation was found between maximal strength in vertebral bodies and BMD measured either by DXA (r = 0.86) or pQCT (r = 0.85) (both p < 0.0001).
The differences in EA‐CSF ratio between groups remained highly significant ( F 1, 49 = 37.16, p < 0.0001), and the group differences in TCV ( F 1, 49 = 198.63, p < 0.0001) and EA‐CSF volumes ( F 1, 49 = 0.16, p = 0.69) were consistent with the original analyses, confirming the robustness of our findings.
