Notably, highly significant ( p < 0.001), moderate to strong correlations were observed between the genetic diversity parameters (Ar and He) and in vitro germination, acclimatization, and seedling growth in diameter and height.

The overall effect of time of day was highly significant ( P < 0.001) and was confirmed in the separate replications for males ( P < 0.001) and females ( P < 0.01).
Results Effect of therapy on subjective parameters Group A depicted highly significant ( P < 0.001) results in IPSS like incomplete voiding, frequency, intermittency, weak stream, straining, quality of life and significant effect ( P < 0.01) was seen in nocturia and urgency [ Table 2 ].
When leptin values were grouped in baseline, race and recovery periods, highly significant differences between the baseline and race period (p = 0.001), and the race period and recovery (p = 0.002) were observed ( Figure 4 ).
Earliest successful learning could be shown for groups (s) and (D-6), with highly significant differences ( p < 0.001) in their RT reduction (SD) between the first and second block of practice with 143.5 (15.0) ms and 227.5 (53.1) ms, respectively.
Highly significant ( p < 0.001) correlations and nearly identical regression lines between PAS and TSUI were found for female and male patients (see inserts in the left and right part of Figure 2 ).
Repression of SOX10 resulted in faster in vivo tumour growth and a highly significant decrease in median survival time of engrafted mice (NT: 104 days, n = 10; SOX10 KD: 63 days, n = 9; P < 0.001, Fig. 6a–c ).
