The results revealed a highly significant positive correlation ( P < 0.001, R 2 = 0.9994) between the translation intensity of cistron 1 and that of cistron 2 (Fig. 3A ), indicating that the translation of cistron 2 strictly depends on cistron 1 translation.

Results Chi-square test revealed significant ( p = 0.001*) and highly significant ( p < 0.001**) differences in diagnostic accuracy regarding the categories “staging” and “grading” in all compared groups when using the diagnostic algorithms (Table 4 ).

The difference in anti-HB titers between anti-HBc positive and negative samples was highly significant ( p < 0.001), being higher in anti-HBc positive samples (median titer anti-HBc negative = 110.2 IU/L and anti-HBc positive = 242 IU/L).
Before fasting, PCSK9 exhibited a highly significant ( p < 0.001) moderate positive correlation with FBG ( r = 0.40), and weak positive correlations with TG ( r = 0.28) and HOMA-IR ( r = 0.35).
This was statistically highly significant with P < 0.001, as depicted in Table 1 .
All comparisons yielded highly significant differences (all p < .001), with effect sizes gradually decreasing from the elite to the lower performance percentiles.
Average swimming speed was significantly affected by the interaction between treatment and time and was marginally significant for treatment (interaction: p < 0.001, treatment: p = 0.053, Table 1 , Figure 4C ).
Although SFC showed a decreasing trend over time at all three time points, numbers remained higher than for the PBS group ( p < 0.001, p = 0.0059 and p < 0.001, Figure 3 A) and the non-adjuvanted gE experimental vaccine group ( p = 0.0009, p = 0.0457, and p = 0.0008, Figure 3 A) at the same time point.
The highest average desire score was observed in participants who identified as bisexual, while the lowest desire score was found in the asexual group, with the group differences highly significant ( F (4, 67,330) = 697.4, p < 0.001; η 2 = 0.04).
Susceptibility to Baculovirus anticarsia Throughout, comparisons between control and infection treatments were highly significant (χ 2 = 37.51, df = 1, P <0.001), with uninfected and infected larvae surviving for mean times of 261±2 (mean±SE) and 221±4 hours, respectively.
Genetic Variation Highly significant ( p < 0.001) genetic differentiation was found between populations for all traits, with differences among populations the dominant source of variation, particularly for the time to peak flowering ( Table 2 ).
The correlation analysis of the eosinophilic biomarkers [ Table 6 ] showed that FeNO had a moderately significant correlation with sputum eosinophil (r = 0.45, P < 0.001) and peripheral eosinophil levels (r = 0.51, P < 0.001).
Compared with the UVA‐exposed control group, the content and relative expression of Nrf2 in the nucleus and cytoplasm of FDOP‐treated HSF cells have extremely significant differences ( p < .001); in addition, the content and relative expression of the Keap1 protein also showed highly significant differences ( p < .001).
Using the categorization based on the three criteria, a highly significant percentage of the CNO-treated mice (50.0%) was considered addicted as compared to the control animals (16.7%, chi-square, P < 0.001, Fig. 3l ).
Statistical analysis showed that there was a highly significant difference between the FDOP and DOP groups ( p < .001).
“ns” indicated no significant difference; P < 0.05 was considered as a significant difference; P < 0.01 was moderately significant; P < 0.001 was extremely significant. *, P < 0.05; **, P < 0.01; ***, P < 0.001 using a one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) followed by Tukey’s HSD test.
The correlation between two variables was studied as a function of p -value: 0.01 ≤ p -value < 0.05 (*) was considered statistically significant, 0.001 ≤ p -value < 0.01 (**) was considered highly significant, p -value < 0.001 (***) was considered extremely significant.

The low Wilks’ Lambda values and highly significant Chi-square tests ( p < 0.001) for each function affirm the contribution of each discriminant function to the group separation, enhancing the reliability of our LDA results.
