However, heterogeneity was highly significant (P < 0.001, I 2 = 94%); therefore, the random effects model was used ( Fig. 3A ).
The mean age showed a decreasing trend, from 60.06 years in Q1 to 57.18 years in Q4 ( P < 0.001).
Also, the interactions among all factors were significant or marginally significant: static/dynamic conditions and d 1 : F ( 1 , 4 ) = 18.3 , p < 0.001 , partial η 2 = 0.27 (large); static/dynamic conditions and r d : F ( 1 , 2 ) = 3.24 , p = 0.04 < 0.05 , partial η 2 = 0.03 (small); d 1 and r d : F ( 1 , 7 ) = 6.26 , p < 0.001 , partial η 2 = 0.18 (large); these three factors: F ( 1 , 7 ) = 1.76 , p = 0.097 < 0.10 , partial η 2 = 0.06 (middle).
As for a* values, all fillets showed a decreasing trend with storage time, from positive values (slightly reddish tones) to negative values (greenish color), regardless of the treatment ( p ≤ 0.001).
The effect of the year was highly significant ( p < 0.001), with total dry matter yield in 2024 being approximately 76% lower than in 2023.
There was a highly significant increase in heart rate (p ≤ 0.001) during the first 10 minutes in the drug-free passive phase of tilt without substantial change in the systolic and diastolic blood pressure, qualifying for POTS and mean the difference in heart rate was ≈34 beats per minute.
There was a highly significant, strong positive correlation between OSDI score and GQL-15 score among controls (r=0.58, p<0.001).
