A decreasing trend was observed in the levels of total protein and albumin, with an increase in the levels of globulin, alanine aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, blood urea nitrogen, and creatinine.

Observing these plots, it can be concluded that all four curves exhibited a decreasing trend from a global perspective.

Although not statistically significant, UC-MSC-CM induced a decreasing trend in ROCK1 expression.
