Likewise, we plotted AUC curves for 11 downregulated DEGs and observed 7/11 genes showing a positive trend, i.e., higher in normal, and the remaining four genes ( SLC6A17, ECM1, CYP4Z2P, and KRT34 ) showing the opposite trend, i.e., higher in OSF.
