Condition-by-order-by-sex comparisons revealed significant interaction effects for ratings of ease of falling asleep (F (1, 17.44) = 5.15, p = 0.036) ( Table 4 ), with post hoc analysis reporting a significant trend for females in the CON condition who completed the CON condition first (mean difference = −1.202, SE = 0.348, t (38.757) = −3.449, p = 0.038).
