In CLBP patients, a statistical trend was observed for associations between lower Glx/GABA and higher PCS ( rho = −0.29, P = 0.066) and higher HADS anxiety scores ( rho = −0.29, P = 0.061).

When comparing choices between each condition, a statistical trend was observed between the non-misleading and the visual misleading conditions (binomial GLMER, SD = 0.827 z-value = 1.837, p = 0.066).
