Pursuit function In the smooth pursuit measures, the PCA and typical Alzheimer’s disease groups did not differ from one another, with both groups showing lower gain than the healthy controls and an increased frequency of intrusive saccades (although there was a weak trend to lower pursuit gain in PCA than typical Alzheimer’s disease).
