In contrast, the analysis revealed that while intervention duration ( p = 0.089) and blinding implementation ( p = 0.072) did not reach conventional statistical significance thresholds, their coefficient estimates and confidence intervals suggested meaningful effect sizes approaching significance.
Statistically significant differences in the M2 macrophage counts among the clinical outcomes were only found at 26 dpi, when the values of the terminal ibexes were significantly higher than those of the partially recovered group, approaching significance with the totally recovered ibexes ( Supplementary Table S12 ; Figure 5 ). 3.2.4.
Sensitivity analyses for those variables that had interactions with gender approaching significance showed that the effect of smoking was larger in males than in females (ß = 0.07 and ß = 0.01, respectively); the effect of body comparison was significant for both sexes but larger in females than in males (ß = 0.12 and ß = 0.08, respectively).
The 25 sampling clusters showed considerable consistent heterogeneities of biting rate, with the effect of cluster approaching significance for An. gambiae and being highly significant for An. funestus (numerator d.f. = 25, denominator d.f. = 5.84, F = 3.25, P = 0.076 for An. gambiae and numerator d.f. = 25, denominator d.f. = 17.46, F = 5.71, P < 0.001 for An. funestus by mixed linear modelling as described in methods).
Thirdly, our post hoc additional analysis evaluated modulation of reaction times (RT) by alpha tACS phase, and here specifically in left hemifield, there were four participants with significant modulation (plus another approaching significance), versus three in the right hemifield. 3.2 Group analyses It is difficult to credit so many individual statistical tests or to draw generalized conclusions from them.
Conclusion In this study, negative associations between light PA and burnout and between SB and burnout, and a positive association (approaching significance) between moderate PA and burnout among medical students, point toward potential benefits engaging in gentler forms of PA and amounts of SB within guideline recommendations for medical student burnout.
Another genetic finding approaching significance in anorexia nervosa involves a locus containing early B cell factor 1, which encodes a transcription factor important for immune system development, regulation of adipocyte/osteoblast differentiation and possible interaction with leptin signaling [ 10 ].
