In general, recalculation of PRS by PRS-CS and PRS-CSx produced more significant p values (or closer to significance in the case of AA subjects) but did not change the results substantially, except as noted above.
However, the effect of total SDF in ejaculate and after gradient of the IUI sample ( p = 0.17, p = 0.10) were closer to significance when correcting for possible confounders such as mean cycle length. 3.3.

Unfortunately, we did not find a statistically significant reactivity difference between patients and HCs with the Fisher’s test against MAP antigens (many were closer to significance), but similar results have been previously reported as well [ 7 , 55 ].
7.2 Healing Time The analysis of healing times did not show a significant difference but with a larger sample, the result became closer to significance: a larger sample is needed to draw a conclusion.

While the maximum F statistic for the ROI x contextual control interaction came closer to significance (although it did not even reach marginal status), the pattern of the effect was the opposite of that predicted: the more anterior ROI trended towards being more sensitive to the contextual control factor than did the more posterior ROI.

To avoid the collinearity effect on the OS, Model II was built where a log-transformed baseline PSAlevel was removed from Model I that demonstrated that the p -values for a log-transformed PSA change, Hb level at 12 weeks, and ALP level at 12 weeks became closer to significance levels (Hb level was almost significant, but did not reach the significance level).
