For chronic NOEC REACH data (European Commission 2006), the relationship with the chronic high‐quality nonextrapolated SSD midpoint data was less strong than for the EC50 data but still highly significant (A; overlapping number of compounds 251, y = 0.7448 x + 0.8502, R 2 = 0.60, p < 0.001).

The analysis also showed that these effects were interdependent: the interaction between the two factors was highly significant ( P < 0.001), and blocking UV decreased attack rates in sp items (with more eyespots) but increased attack rates in wt items (with fewer eyespots) ( Fig. 3 ).

The chemical-genetic interaction of the positive control methyl methanesulfonate (MMS), a well-characterized antifungal agent that damages DNA [ 28 ], demonstrated a highly significant enrichment ( P value ≤ 0.001) for cellular response to DNA damage stimulus, confirming a successful HIP-HOP assay procedure and accurate post-sequencing data analysis.
Many authors define the cutoff value of the normal ONSD as (5 mm) which supports our cutoff point gained from the control group to compare it with the corresponding values of the patients.[ 9 13 ] The current study found a highly significant statistical correlation between ONSD with direct measurement of ICP ( R = 0.933 and P < 0.001), this result goes with the latest studies done in Rome, Italy, that was performed in 2017 by Toscano et al. whose found a strong correlation between ONSD and ICP ( R = 0.895 and P < 0.001).[ 14 ] Another
