Correlation analysis As shown in Figure 6 , the NAG (N accumulation amount in grain), NAL (N accumulation amount in leaf), NAP (N accumulation amount in plant), LAGR (leaf area growth rate), DMAR (dry matter accumulation rate), LIR (light interception rate of population), NS(number of population spikelets), FSE (fruiting spikelets per ear), GFRE (grain filling rate per ear), and Y (yield) were all significantly (p<0.05) positively correlated with each other, indicating that there were positive (significant or markedly significant) mutual promotion interactions among each factor.
Consistent with our previous observations, 31 human primary TM cell cultures incubated in the presence of TGF-β2 exhibit markedly significant increases in the expression and release of collagens I and collagens IV proteins when analyzed by immunoblot (data not shown) or in situ by immunocytochemistry ( Fig. 7 ).
The most markedly significant domain was found for episodic memory, and when the sample was subdivided into patients and controls, this association remained significant in cases ( F change = 4.842, R 2 change = 0.009, Std beta = −0.096, p = 0.028) and trended toward significance in controls ( F change = 3.68, R 2 change = 0.024, Std beta = −0.154, p = 0.057).
For both sPD-1 and sPD-L1, we noted markedly significant differences in PFS between the high-and low-level groups ( Figure 4 E & Figure 4 F) Kaplan-Meyer analyses indicated that high sPD-1 concentrations (>11.14 pg/mL) predict shorter PFS times, with a median of 25.0 months for glioma patients (log-rank p<0.001) ( Figure 4 E).
